This policy explains what information caindelhi.in collects, why, where it goes and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it. Last updated 30 October 2026.

What we collect when you send an enquiry

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive:

your name and phone number (required);
your email address, if you give it;
the service you selected and the message you wrote;
the page of the site you sent the form from;
technical details sent with every web request: your IP address, the country it points to and your browser type (user agent).

We do not ask for PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or tax documents through the form. Please do not put them in the message box. If a firm needs documents later, it will ask you directly.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

How the enquiry form works

The site runs on Cloudflare. When you press send, a small Cloudflare program checks the form for spam (for example, sending too fast or too often from one connection) and then passes your details to a Google Apps Script. That script records the enquiry in a Google Sheet that only our team can open, and emails a copy to admin@caindelhi.in. Google and Cloudflare process this data on our behalf as service providers.

Why we use your information

To reply to your enquiry and understand what you need.
To pass your enquiry to the listed firm that handles that kind of work, so it can contact you and quote.
To keep a record of enquiries, follow up if we have not reached you, and spot spam or misuse.
To see, in aggregate, which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.

We use the information because you asked us to contact you. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.

Who we share it with

We share your enquiry with the listed firm handling it: Khubchandani & Co. Chartered Accountants, Greenwolf Advisors or Moneymji. Each firm uses your details to contact you about that work and is responsible for its own handling of the information once you engage it.

Apart from those firms and the service providers named in this policy, we do not share your details. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We may disclose information if the law or a lawful order requires it.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see how people use the site, for example which pages they read and roughly which city or country they come from. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this and reports to us in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will still work.

The site does not use advertising cookies and does not show third-party ads.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, follow up and keep a reasonable business record, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner, as explained below.

Your rights

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives individuals rights over their personal data. In line with that law, you can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you and who we shared it with;
correct or update it;
delete it, and stop contacting you.

Email admin@caindelhi.in from the address you used, or call +91 99114 92897, and tell us what you want done. If you also want a listed firm to delete your details, tell us and we will pass the request on; you can contact the firm directly as well.

Security

The form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to the enquiry sheet and mailbox is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please share only what is needed for a first conversation.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to official portals and to the listed firms' own websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Changes to this policy
