What is Basic FSSAI Registration

FSSAI License Registration in which FSSAI stands for the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, which is responsible for the issuance of food licenses to Food Business Operators. Milk units carrying the dairy processing that have a capacity not surpassing 500 liters per day or have up to 2.5 tons of milk solids annually.
Slaughter capacity for not more than 2 large and 10 small cattle, 50 poultry birds per day.
Manufacture or refining in solvents and refineries of vegetable oil components, like oil expeller devices. Up to 100 kg/liters (not including milk and meat) per day.
